Archie is the lovable monkey who’s equal parts cuddle buddy and style icon. With his monogrammed overalls, pure wool felt duffle coat, and an optional nothing-but-a-smile look (belly button included), he’s destined to be a favourite in any handmade toy collection.

Archie measures a generous 17 inches (43 cm) tall and can be sewn from your favourite fabrics — cotton, minky, linen, velvet, or felt (with a felt face for extra character). His trousers? He’s especially fond of corduroy, but he’s not picky. The pattern also includes everything you need to dress him from tail to toe.

Archie Monkey is an amazing pattern - the instructions are clear and thorough and produce great results (I'm a beginner toy maker each step was described and illustrated really well) Archie was a joy to make - so much so I am on Archie #3. The clothes are delightful and I've now made 4 other Jodie Ric Rac patterns with more on the to-do list!
